Faculty members in participating colleges are required to use the Web-based course evaluation system. Support for paper-based course evaluations is no longer provided in these colleges.
During the gradual phase-in, students may be asked to complete some course evaluations on paper and other course evaluations in the Web-based system. Students will be advised by their instructor regarding the evaluation method to be used in each course. If an evaluation is being conducted in the Web-based system, students must use the Web-based system in order to evaluate the course. They cannot request a paper evaluation in these courses.
